At RAJAWALI MULTIPLASTINDO JAYA , we have our very own workshop within our facility to ensure efficiency and versatility. We do not focus solely on production operations, but we also emphasize on preserving your molds. We always strive to keep your molds in a ready-for-production state; hence, we perform regular mold maintenance in order to maintain consistent production and for the molds to last through long-term production runs.

However, no matter how excellent the quality of your molds may be, or how well the molds are preserved, they will eventually need repairs or revisions at some point. Our reliable, dedicated and experienced mechanics are capable of addressing the issues that may arise in regard to the utility of your molds. With our on-site tooling facility, we are able to perform efficient mold repairs with the aim of getting you back into production in a timely manner.

Customer Notification > Samples of Flawed Products & Detailed Photos of the Flawed Parts of the Mold are Provided > Fee Quotation > Mold Repair > Prototypes / Product Samples are Provided for Customer Approval > Repaired Mold
